    The dress weighed less than 1 lb, yet shipping was over $11.40. The dress was packed in a used plastic mailer that was taped together and made opening the package very difficult. The dress was advertised as XL, yet the size tag had been removed and the measurement showed me that the dress was smaller. Additionally the lace across the bust was unravelling and needed repair. The dress had some white human hair (long strands) sticking to it. I do not recommend this seller.

    Reason: I don't agree with this buyer Comments:There are so many miss truths in this feedback 1st the gown weight is 2lbs with envelope. I did not make money on shipping. 2nd no problems with lace on this dress and 3rd no Long hairs were on dress as I check them before I wrapped it. 4- I will alway take back and give full refund if the dress is not of their liking. I have sold for 25 year over 23,000 items and truly honor and appreciate my good feedback score. I don't understand being mean?
