Not really coconutty or rummy.
It was a taste disappointment. This cannot be "A taste of the Islands", the islanders must have better taste and should reject this product's claim. The alleged coconut taste was weak. If they had at least added shredded coconut it would have been a tastier product as that is what I had to do. I don't know how much rum they add but even if you ate the whole cake in one sitting you wouldn't get a buzz. Tastewise: 4 on a scale of 0 to 10. Not worth bothering with.
