    The candle's bottom came smashed. I contacted seller and seller sent me a return label. I sent the candle back through UPS and the package stopped being scanned by UPS 4 days after I shipped it back to the seller. I contacted UPS to open up a missing package claim, and I contacted the seller to inform them of this. The seller contacted me back finalized my refund and let me know that they would take care of everything. I am extremely satisfied with my interaction with this seller.
