    Listing said the box was open, but not that the cartridge was used and in poor condition. When it arrived, there was toner everywhere. I had to clean it up before installing it. A quick check revealed the toner level at just 80%, and prints had huge streaks without any saturation. I notified the seller who proposed a partial refund. I requested replacement. Print quality continued to decline over use. Seller ultimately refunded purchase. Will not purchase from them again.
