    Way to many capsules

    Product seemed to work ok but taking 5 capsules 5 times a day is just crazy. I couldn’t keep up with all the capsules so many times a day. Won’t be purchasing again for that reason.

    Review

    The name brand works a lot better than the generic. Yes I have tried both. Sometimes generic works just as good, but metamucil is better name brand than generic. Helps with fiber and regularity greatly.
