    The Royal Albert cup and saucer sent to me was not the Royal Albert cup and saucer in the picture advertised for sale that I purchased. The handle on the cup was also broken on arrival in the post and it was not packed well enough to protect it from accidental breakage. The cup was rolling around in the box with the saucer. Despite contacting the seller with my concerns and disappointment the seller replied stating to give her 24 hours to look into what happened but a week later still no reply.
