I told them this issue and I agreed to a partial refund of 30€. However, when I opened the packs I noticed that not a single one had a card more rare than a regular ex or holo. This was definitely on purpose and it seems like they tampered with the packs or used ones from previous boxes because they knew that the packs were not of value.
