This set is for the history buff. The volumes were in excellent condition. There was no evidence of any wear or even any use. Great addition to my library.
Books looked unread, but there was a printing defect in the first volume. There were about 20 pages that were improperly cut at the printer and overhung the binding.
Still a great deal though.
