A big help.
I went with other's research on this before I bought it. Use some BioFreeze or Max-Freeze before you put it on and you'll have some pain relief and get thru your day. It also offers some protection for your elbow. If you ever bumped your elbow with tendonitis it will send you in orbit with pain. This sleeve reduces that from happening.
