      Fast shipping. Item new as describe .shipping comp called me and told me it fell off the skid. I asked them to use a fork lift to lift it at the warehouse. They had to use 2 fork lifts to pick it up and put a new skid under it because the skid it came on wasn't as wide as the machine. There were a few small scratches from shipping. Machine was packaged well with cardboard and plastic. I received wrong manual for a excavator mines a bt360. Great value for the money. Would do buisness again.
