For being "flawed", it is just some small dents that are barely noticeable on the sheath/saya. Nice sharpness for a sword at this price point, and I was impressed. Obviously not all the best components, but an absolute value and these are fine for light slicing exercises. And if you just want a nice set to display, these look great on the stands they come with! Just remember they ARE sharp. You could hack something and cut into it, just won't cut strait threw a leaf cause not that sharp, definitely will split a Mellon. I am planning to sharpen the blade, it definitely feels like the knife edge is a little unstrenthened soft, me and my gf sword fighted to see if it would clash like tv swords. The condition of them were flawed but not too bad and are honestly much better then I expected. And the design and appearance of the sheath alone are stunning, I love them! It was worth the price and just looks better in person. I will be keeping my eye open for more sweet deals like this. I think it would've been here sooner but FedEx sent it to North Carolina first then it came all the way back here to Montana, so not the sellers fault.
