The 3-in-1 Roswheel bicycle seat bag provides storage for both short and long trips. Each of the three bags is comprised of Cordura fabric in an army green color. The waterproof bags attach securely to each other and to your bike rack, but they can also be used separately as needed.     I have been working to solve the tracking issue with this package. The item has been sent out and the tracking had not updated. I filed a claim with the post office and they have found the package and the tracking will be updated. We had a massive tornado just a few weeks ago where I live that wiped half of my town away. That has made things a little slower around here. On top of family emergencies. I do my best to do right by all of my customers and hope to be able to resolve this/all issues.

    Good commuting panniers

    The fabric is thick compared to the one I replaced. The size is medium without the top pack. The zippers do not quite go all the way around the top that seems to improve the sturdiness of the bag. The rear attachment straps have extra length that I zip tied together so that they do not get caught up in the spokes. The top pack is nice touch but not easy to use except in emergency. Could use some more reflective features on the back of the bags.

    Great touring rear panniers but not waterproof

    The bags arent waterproof so unless u plan to buy a rain cover to go with it i wouldnt recommend any long distance touring if u plan to ride thru the rain or decide to leave the panniers on ur bike at night cuz if it rains your stuff will get wet. Other than that its pretty dope for the price

    Good set of bags

    The zippers are very easy to pull Flaps over the zippers should keep out rain If you don't mind "ROS" plastered all over the side (but the picture at least is accurate ... it is not a surprise). They are convenient, and I've worn the top bag as a messenger bag ... it comes with a carrying strap.

    Good value for the casual to modest use rider.

    This is a good value-priced bike pannier. It comes with enough buckle straps to attach to a bike with a rear carriage. Plusses: Low price. Fairly good materials that appear sturdy with decent stitching. Three bags, the top one can be unbuckled to use for small item shopping etc. Minuses/improvements: I doubt it would remain waterproof in a sustained downpour. There is no rain shield cover to put over the bags for added protection. The old trick of using large lawn bags might be needed for long trips or camping. The bags could be more expandable. And there could be more eyelets or other places to attach bungee cords, carabiners, etc. Overall, this is a good starter and casual use/commuter pannier. The price is very reasonable.

    great for the price, but not perfect

    So far these seem to be well made and reasonably designed. However if your intention it to remove the pannier when you get to your destination, removal and reinstallation is not easy. I made a few modifications to improve that aspect.
