Beautiful quality construction and a joy to use
I admit that I purchased this because I liked the idea of an imposing range in my kitchen, but what I got was so much more. The quality of the construction far exceeds my expectations and the attention to detail is superb. I would put the quality up against anything from Wolf or Thermadore. The doors are hefty and well insulated, the knobs are all metal with a very solid feel. I have used the griddle a few times now, and it gets a little hotter in the back than the front, but I just leave the pancakes on a few seconds more before flipping the front ones (no big deal). I did have to run a new gas line to feed this monster, but I expected that and would have done so for any similar sized range. I like that the convection fan has a simple on-off switch instead of a whole separate setting; very simple and intuitive. The ovens are lined with pretty blue enamel, so they should be easy to clean. The burners are easy to control and the oven cooks evenly, I could not ask for more. I would recommend this range to anyone.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
