    Great electric knife

    So easy to use. I use it for slicing meat & bread. Also when I make my homemade yeast cinnamon rolls, I use it to slice the rolled up dough before I place them in the pan to rise. Love it. I have never gone wrong when I buy a Cuisinart appliance

    Great electric knife

    Needed a good electric knife to help slice my heavily crusted sour dough bread. This works just fine for that, among other things. When I had it on awhile sawing stale bread into croutons, it got too hot. So I unplugged it and allowed it to cool down - didn't want it to burn out.

    Great at slicing turkey
