Wanted me to file a claim with Post Ofiice, instead. Then, issued a refund for under $1.00. Ridiculous! Tried to work through this, but Seller was more interested in what the transaction costed them and not willing to make things right. If they packaged right, damaged may have been avoided. Thin paper only on some items. Luckily, eBay will help me because this Seller will not!!Follow-up from: h***k- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Seller later issued full refund and allowed me to keep the unbroken piece. Full refund was unnecessary, as I was willing to keep the unbroken piece for 1/3rd of the total price. I felt that was fair for both the Seller and I, but they kindly refurned the full amount. Would I do business with this Seller again? Maybe, but I would certainly have to give it some thought. This wasn't an easy or pleasant transaction, but in the end, the Seller did help in an appreciated and unexpected way.
