I paid $4.33 for USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE, and what I received was the $20.00 or less value plain white envelope shipping! I won this card in an auction, and paid on Friday, April 4th. Seller didn't get it to the PO until the 9th, according to tracking, and I get it about 2 weeks later. I've added a photo he printed label on 9th.
