No hassles know anything all I had to do was take a picture or two for them to let them see that the charger was not working as it should and they were absolutely amazing.     I ordered a DC9310 and the seller was smarter than I and sent a DEC8253 which is a much better charger. The one I requested will only do Ni-Cd and NiMh, and of course my new batteries are Li-Ion. So this new charger, the DEC8253 will charge all three types. Had the seller not don this upgrade, I would be left buying another additional charger for the Li-Ion type cells. Thank you sir, you are much appreciated.
