    This has to be hands down the worst experience of my three years on eBay. When I received the box, it was slightly damaged, but that was normal, and it stated "2x16GB = 32GB". However, they sent me the wrong RAM kit; they sent me a "2x8GB =16 GB" kit. I contacted the seller, but I got zero response from them until I opened a case with eBay Support i managed to send the item back to them, but the seller was saying some nonsense to me at times. Wouldn't recommend the seller. Avoid at all costs.

    Needs improvements

    This products sound is great. The problem is volume is not easy to adjust with the headset on my head, and it needs a mute button so I can mute commercials or uninteresting news presentations. Value is questionable but price is acceptable (better if above features were included). Headset muffs are too floppy and it's not easy to determine which is Left/Right. This my second Avantree and the first didn't last long plus there was no one year warranty (not happy about that!). You can do better!

    Happy with purchase

    The headphones work well but I find the swiveling ear muffs annoying. I like the avantree phone I bought last year better. The dock charger is something I need to get used too.
