I contacted the seller before purchasing, and they assured me the item would ship out the same day, which was the reason I went ahead with the purchase. Immediately after I purchased, I received a message saying that handling time could be multiple days, and my item didn’t ship out until the next week. When it arrived, it came from Amazon, and was a package of three instead of four. The seller did send me an additional package, but that didn’t make up for what felt deceitful.
