I provided pictures (not good enough) , answered numerous messages (which were defensive) and ended up having to mail the mugs back ( why on a $20 sale?). I was told to return the mugs. I had to ask for a return label. Things just did not add up for a great experience and I really have to wonder what this seller was thinking.
