This paperback book version (updated in August 2021) matches the content of the Amazon Kindle edition. The print version is intended for book collectors who want a rare souvenir since very few books devoted entirely to the subject of Boss Radio KHJ have been released. In this book, I wrote about my personal journey like nobody else could. I sought to uncover mysteries and secrets behind the Hollywood rock and roll radio scene dating back half a century. This book reveals rare stories about rock and roll radio pioneers Gene Chenault, Bill Drake, and Ron Jacobs, who are no longer living. I totally lucked into becoming a nonfiction writer about rock and roll radio programming history. The bizarre chain of events leading up to my writing this could never have been predicted in advance. Few other people could have pulled this off because they lacked one major element--access I had to actual participants and eyewitnesses in 1960s rock and roll radio.
