Won't recommend buying it
On the first day during the transfer of my information from the old phone to the new phone the phone froze up. I had to perform a hard reset which was an automatic turn off for me. I thought by having a new phone the battery life would last me longer it does not. There are minor glitches throughout e.g. sometimes the return button does not work/respond right away. To be completely honest I wonder how new is this new phone?? I won't recommend it. Rather frustrated from purchasing it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
