Wonderful Product!
I used to use the "Flex Seal" spray, when it first came out, on my Koi pond in and around the liner...and I loved the product then because it worked so well. Now, with the liquid, I can do so much more. For example, we had an old fire pit bowl that had rusted through in several places, but we kept it thinking we might need it. We purchased a propane fire pit, but the only cover that came with it was plastic and we knew that wouldn't last very long with the sun beating down on it every day. When we received the Flex Seal liquid, we patched the rusted holes in the fire bowl with tape, screwed a handle to the center, and painted the Flex Seal all over the inside and outside. We inverted the bowl, so it is now our leak-proof cover for the top of the propane fire pit. It couldn't have worked out any better and much cheaper than having to purchase a new dome or cover. I definitely would recommend this product to anyone that wants a leak-proof smooth finish and it's very easy to use.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

SEE UPDATE BELOW. I originally bought this to seal a leaking windshield on the old motorhome, ended up making my own custom window gasket with this stuff. Had a 14.5" trailer tire that wouldn't hold air because the bead wasn't manufactured correctly. I applied a layer of FlexSeal to the tire bead area and now it holds air just fine. ((( However, I do NOT recommend that anybody use this product to repair tires!!! ))) The tire I repaired does not travel on the road, it is used on a utility trailer around my property. Destruction derby drivers might like this stuff for tires... Just a thought. UPDATE: After about 3 months exposure to the sun the stuff I used around my RV windshield started to get chalky and flake off.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I am caulking my tiled shower bath. I am using this product for the first time for the tiled shower floor. It is clear, one can hardly see it from a distance. It is not slippery. It worked good. I used a brush, added paint thinner (mineral spirit) into the can while working, this will keep the material from drying in the can, forming a surface skin.
