    This is the second one of these i have purchased. My brother was so intrigued with mine that I bought him one also .Light weight with great features for identifying all types of metal.Pinpointer tool is extremely helpful with exacting a location.Great product with TON's of testimonials. Read all your reviews..... This is rated by far the top of the line on the market.for a median priced metal detector.

    One of the few instruments , that pays for itself ,all depends on owner.

    It is a x-mas gift to my girlfriend , so still in the box. But I have one also , so now we can go together , on what I call fishing on land . My is 15 years old , not used very much , but this one has extras , that I need or find usefull . Sorry to hear the Inventer passed , but have heard nothing but good reports on your detector .Could you give hints on most productive areas of searching , historical/passed picnic areas/anything to get us started ,when weather turns favorable . Thank You , for getting back to me.

    Great Christmas Gift

    We purchased this product for our 7 year old grandson for Christmas, he is in to finding treasures. The product was easy to put together and was ready to go in just a few minutes. Product is very light and our grandson had no problem holding it. He ran it over our floors and it started beeping because it was picking up the nails in the floorboards, he was so excited. After seeing how much fun the detector was our other grandson who is 11 said he would have liked on of those too. Great sturdy product.

    Very good at finding iron survey "pins"

    I needed to know the exact boundary of our property. I could have paid a surveyor $600 to locate the "pins" which are 5/8 steel rods for us. Instead, I bought this metal detector and it worked and I succeeded. I can now find them again when they get covered with dirt again with no additional charge. I wanted to find iron rather than discriminate against it and it does it well. So far, I have found a staple and a BB as well as a bunch of nails and screws. I am still learning how to discriminate against iron and find other metals but I have learned that the pinpointer does not discriminate so I may as well dig up the iron to get it out of the way of finding something better - like a penny. I have no knowledge of other products for comparison but this one seems to be well designed and ...
