While I did have to return the item (I bought the wrong sized spine car for these trailers), the communication was on point and it was very pleasant to do so. Customer Service was a 10/10

Bigger concern: the condition of 3 of the containers. While the listing noted scratches (they were there) 2 had marks a bit worse than expected & didn't meet a definition of "very good condition." Another had very noticeable blue ink stains on top that will not come off. Overall, the buy was OK but we would have preferred more accurate description & cheaper postage. Thank you.
