I never leave negative feedback but they admitted they did this - please read all of their feedback - hated to do this but I lost money on this seller - also other feedback says they returned their items only to be put off with no money back - Only $18 bucks but crazy they knew description was wrong

      Satisfied with the transaction, communications and replacement. When the original order was delivered it was just a torn open empty package. In transit the heavy springs had tore through the flimsy package and lost. I advised the seller that better packaging was needed, but the replacement springs was shipped in the same flimsy package and also almost lost. On delivery the replacement springs were also in the process of tearing through the package. Hopefully they have learned a lesson from this.
