Although it looked pristine in appearance it did have an issue with the installed battery. Quality control must have been lacking on the day mine was refurbished. An incorrect battery was installed. iRobot's customer service was a pleasure to deal with though. After some trouble-shooting the battery issue was discovered. They promptly sent me a new replacement battery.

Originally the i3 refurbished thru this seller 4 yrs ago and it continues to work; I just grew tired of how loud it was and how it became buggy with our upgraded wifi. Right out of the box this one mapped swiftly and efficiently! Unfortunately, we found damage in shipping to the base. Alerted seller, was answered within 24 hrs and taken care of. These refurbed units w 2 yr warranty are well worth the savings!!!
