    The seller's communications to confirm the toner level were not good. After purchasing it (seemed a good value), they then solicited additional cartridge sales at the same price with less toner. When the item arrived, it was not only the wrong cartridge, but toner had spilled all over. When contacted, the seller refused to do anything and told me to contact eBay. They then did not respond to the request for refund, and eBay had to issue it. Do not recommend purchasing from this seller.

    Buyer was warned that toner was used in messaging prior to purchasing all the correct questions were asked and still went forward with purchasing. Only to request a return when you were notified prior that no returns were accepted. eBay should ban buyers like this they cause a hardship to sellers and abusing eBay’s return policy.
