    Not hot enough.

    There are a few nice things about it, the cord is plenty long enough and it stays in place. The biggest con is that it doesn't get hot enough. Just Luke warm. If it got hot enough, I would give it 5 stars.

    GR8 little heat/massage device, recommend to all.

    The heat/massage helps alleviate the pain I feel in my neck. Have problems recouping from lower back surgery. Leaves me laying on my side, where putting my arm to support my head which causes me pain.
