    3DS arrived as described. I will say that the battery is horrible and does not keep a charge over 15 minutes. However, this does not bother me because I use it in my office in my free time so I always have a wall outlet near me. The company also offers to replace Any damaged merchandise so I am sure they would have replaced my 3DS. But again due to my needs for it, it was not worth the hassle of returning, and I will not rate them badly for something they offered to fix/replace.
