The item came as described, and when you had questions, he came through. The quality and condition was as described. No dents, knicks, or marks, and the sound when you pressed the button on it, it was perfect! Buying this ornament from here was a lot cheaper. Couldn’t be happier with what I got! I have bought many items similar to this in the past & some have arrived completely destroyed & virtually worthless. This has been one of my best experiences in regards to packing a fragile item.
