    very happy

    I am not used to making coffee, so it took a while to read and understand the directions, the first 2 cups came out weak, my fault, back to the book. next 6 cups ooohhhs and ahhhs from company. the mild frother does an excellent job. we are very pleased with the appearance of the machine, doesn't take up that much counter space, I am sure after more practice and getting familiar with what buttons to push and when, we will have no problems being a barista.

    Good for the price and a good beginner machine.

    Makes all the expresso drinks fine. What U would look at is a better retaining system of the pressure cup. This one is a little cumbersome with the manual catch. I have dropped the cup into the trash can while trying to get the coffee grounds out. The other complaint is the space under the portafilter. Can only put a shot glass under. Wish it had more space to place a cappuccino cup under it.

    Best Coffee Ever!

    We have had this espresso machine in the past and it stopped working after several years. I was very happy that this model was still available. It is very easy to use and makes excellent espresso with lots of foam on top. It is not easy to deep clean but it is just something that has to be done to keep it working well.

    Great espresso unit

    I have had this unit now for 2 years and it has worked marvelously. I know there are many reviews that state this is a beginner unit, but I Disagree. The pressure may not be what the "big boys" use but with the right coffee and some spring water I can easily make as good or a better cup of coffee then I can purchase anywhere. This machine is a quality bargain. It has paid for itself many times over!
