    I have been working to solve the tracking issue with this package. The item has been sent out and the tracking had not updated. I filed a claim with the post office and they have found the package and the tracking will be updated. We had a massive tornado just a few weeks ago where I live that wiped half of my town away. That has made things a little slower around here. On top of family emergencies. I do my best to do right by all of my customers and hope to be able to resolve this/all issues.

    love this!

    My husband and I bought one of these years ago so when I saw it for sale, I bought it for my daughter. She is thrilled to be able to talk in her car safely and hands free. All you have to do it set it up with your phone, turn it on and go. When a call comes in, press the large black area to talk and press it again when the call is done. It holds its charge for a long time if you remember to turn it off making it so easy to use.

    crappy audio

    I like it and it is very easy to use and connects easily, but the audio quality is really poor. Poor enough that I have been thinking about opening up the case and damping the speaker or inserting some shielding or something to try and clear up the garbled/muffled sound. Overall I like it and call it a good deal but not my favorite. Overall I would probably tell others to save up a little longer and buy a better model.

    Great Speaker

    Best Bluetooth speaker I've used. We have 5 in our taxis and they are used at least 12 hours a day. This speaker has plenty of volume, regains a full charge in about an hour and the charge lasts for almost 2 full weeks between charges. Please don't mess with this design, it doesn't need fixing.
