I contacted them & they were very quick to respond back & promised to check into it. Then I saw another shipping label printed & 2 days later that was in transit, however when I opened the box it was a black gate, not the white one i ordered after waiting all that time. I am not returning it just not worth the aggravation! Gate is quality! Good value for the money.

There are no instructions on how to install, and I’m not sure if all the parts are in the box. The product didn’t seem to fit in the box either. And I’m not sure this is a new product based on what I received. At this time I am upset, but not sure if it was FedEx that caused all the damage or if it was shipped this way.

However, shipping was delayed over two weeks. I had to contact the seller, and it seemed the label was created but USPS never picked it up until I followed up. Once resolved, the ramp arrived without issue. Great product, but fulfillment could be improved.
