Perhaps the merchant had some problems making this shipment??? But as I recall, the purchase did arrive before the eBay max time expired. The shipping container was a bit too small for the wheels, but they did arrive undamaged. The wheels were fine, and just as the pictures showed them to be, and just as as I expected them to be. 5 stars there.
