    Our Diet helper

    My wife and I went on a diet which require lots of vegetables and fruits. I don't like either one, so my wife is making a delicious soup with vegetables and also fruit shakes which I also like. This was done by using the this blender instead of purchasing a more expensive food processor. Thanks for such a good product. My diet is working real good in part due to this blender and the extra effort that my wife does doing the soup and the shakes.

    Poor design lid

    The blender works well, but the plastic lid is almost impossible to remove after it is finally secured. I cannot get the black plastic top off the glass container and have had to empty the blended smoothie and wrestle with the top to remove it and fear I am going to break the glass canister. Could I have received the improper lid? I am disappointed with the blender because it is so difficult to remove the top. Michael S. Dwyer

    Very good quality

    We purchased this blender after our 20 year old blender stopped working. We checked out several and decided on the Hamilton Beach model. The reviews were good. I like the glass pitcher and the snap open top cover. I use a long bottle brush to clean around the bottom blades, which works very well. I would recommend this unit.

    New better than Old

    My old Hamilton Beach blender served me for decades, but even the best will eventually fail. That's why I bought another Hamilton Beach. This one has two speeds and you can pulse either one. It definitely blends MUCH better than the one before it. Easier to clean too. GLASS JAR. A Must have and this one does. A good value through and through.
