Unfortunately during shipping, the glass on my item broke. The item was wrapped well with bubble wrap, double boxed, & FRAGILE stickers were placed on the outside of the package. This seller was quick to initiate a refund and all is well. I would recommend this seller for purchase!!!

In 15yrs of wearing this style/brand of shoes I've never had that problem. I believe this was just faulty manufacturing. The issues were not apparent when purchased nor upon arrival. I contacted the seller who quickly responded, apologized for the issue, was kind & understanding, & issued a refund immediately.
