    I knew by day 2 this was a fraudulent ad. But eBay does not have triggers to resolve because the career thief knew to immediately post a tracking number so I could not cancel and now I have to wait for 330 days before eBay will do anything. I’ve gone through this once before and PayPal screwed me out of over $400. They quite possibly will do it again. This time I am the buyer, though, so although this thief is getting away with stealing a couple hundred dollars and I will not be using eBay
