The ladder was shipped in secure packaging and arrived in its original condition in tact and shows a great value item and sent through extremely fast shipping. I had to return as it did not fit my use requirement. Great seller to work with and highly recommended. Seller offers free shipping which is a plus.

I sent a question to the vendor and they responded within hours, and straightened me out. My only comment for people assembling the grill is the screws all came in one bag. They do not group the screws by size, lthough 80% of it uses the same screw, so not a big problem. Also the pieces are not labled. For instance, Side "A", side "B", panel "C". Also not a big problem.
