    There was no response to my initial question about when this will be shipped. I was super excited to receive this because I wanted to use on vacation. It was supposed to have arrived on March 6, but arrived March 16, that's 10 whole days later. I was not able to take it with me on my extended vacation. Very disappointed. It is a great value for the bag, but poor communication and poor delivery.
