    I bought 8 games from the listing and come to find only 6 in box. I resched out and they preferred to give me a refund (which was more expensive that just sending the missing 2 games). I appreciate the refund but also was not satisfied considering our if the 8 games I only wanted 2. And of course one was not sent. Not good. Not bad. Thanks.

    As described. DVD door is indeed stuck. Easy fix. The power brick however makes a horrible noise when the unit is plugged in. I am assuming it is a fan? I have not taken the time to tear into it just yet. Hopefully an easy replacement. Super fast shipping. Packing could have been better but item was undamaged so no problems there. Happy with purchase. Couple tweaks and cleaning and this unit will be good as new.
