However, our mechanic (who performed the refurbished battery installation) indicated the diagnostic tests of the item appear to indicate it is in very good shape. This slight uncertainty is the only reason for 4 vs 5 stars.

The ordering process was easy and it arrived in excellent condition. The cells all appear to be high quality and are an excellent value! They sent me an email with the prepaid return label and it was easy to print it, tape it to the tub, secure the top and drop off my old pack at a local UPS drop-off office. This is a great company to do business with!
