    This LED arrived in 3 business days. It is brighter then my 1600 lumen selective yellow H3 halogens. The increased brightness is more noticeable in the dry. In the wet, the biggest difference was the Yellow line is a bit brighter, and the curbs may be more noticeable. It is an improvement over halogen but not a major change which is what I wanted. I didn t want to be blinding others with with blue/white light bouncing off of the wet road but I did want more light. That s what I got. As a bonus, the lower watts are probably good for the alternator when the headlights, fog lights, windshield wipers, defrosters and radio are all on with the car is idling at a stop light at night in the winter. I would buy these again.
