    Aim for the Poles in a Marine Star

    This version of the Marine Star is terrific. It keeps consistent time and is a chronometer. It has a rather large face (which is currently in fashon) and a stainless steel band. The watch is Japanese and the band Chinese. The band must be adjusted by a jewler or watchshop.

    Great price but small defect

    My watch was shipped quickly and arrived as advertised! When I went to try it on, the pin on the Bulova clasp fell off. Not a great first impression but I got it adjusted with my local watch specialist. A couple of days after use, same thing happened again. I’m going into the shop again for a permanent solution. Great price for a beautiful piece but small disappointment that added about $50 to the price and took away from my experience.

    Large, attractive, well featured watch.

    It's an attractive watch that keeps excellent time. Has all the features I need. Easy to use. The band was a little fiddly to adjust to my wrist size, but most metal bands are. This is my first Bullova so I'm interested in how long it lasts. I have had a string of Seiko's that initially were great but each one lasted less than it's predecessor and got more expensive.

    Bulova Marine Star Watch

    Really good looking watch. Solid build. Has a nice weight to it but not too heavy on the wrist. Not sure that I like the dial to rotate the bezel because it will move if it gets bumped. Other than that typical Bulova quality.
