And what makes you an expert on the making of a pendant? First I have enough pictures and a video for you too look at before you purchased the pendant. Second I offer a guarantee, which you never even contacted me. If you go and look for other pine cone pendants they are 3 or 5 times more expensive. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that pine cone. You could have contacted me first.
