    Fast shipping. Good packaging. Reel did not work when I got it. Reel was a good value if I could get it to work. I contacted seller. He said ship it back, and he would refund money. I reassembled reel after giving it a good lubrication. Of course, the reel started working normally. WD-40 broke loose some dried grease and dirt and got the anti reverse working. The important thing is this, the seller was ready to stand behind his merchandise and refund if I wasn’t happy. Great seller.
