So, 9 days after purchase it shipped with NO explanation from seller. False claim that it shipped 5 days before it did! All this, plus some buttons don’t work. One arrived today & the other won’t arrive for 2+days & the mat that arrived was rolled up & taped with packing tape ON THE MAT! Leaving 2 big sticky blobs. Awful packaging.
