It was a lot smaller than I expected, about 28mm is normal for my figures used, this item and a winged version also ordered but not enclosed were to be central figures in a Succubus AD&D Game I am planning to host. Otherwise, great job and fast safe delivery on this first figure. Thank you. They have placed an order for only one figure on my store. I don't know anything about any other item, winged or otherwise, and am not responsible for it arriving in time for a planned campaign. I have no earthly clue what this customer is referring to, and if ordered from another seller, never would have one. Follow up needs to be taken with that seller or ebay, as no such order exists in my queue past or present.

- i***a (1943)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI purchased because I did not have the STL file, but you definitely need to do some better calibration, all detail lost, came sticky and still had supports on it, also visible layer lines on legs, had to wash in station and re-cure it, hope you get better at printing, good luck.Reply from: serixra87- Feedback replied by seller serixra87.- Feedback replied by seller serixra87.There is nothing wrong with any calibrations. No details were lost in my memory, and it's printed on a 14k printer with a .02 layer height. If it was sticky, that might have been from the wash, but I don't recall that either. There were no supports or layer lines, and no need to rewash and recure. I'm unsure what this user's issue is, but as there's been no communication I'm just going to chalk it up to someone having a bad day. Thanks, and best wishes

Came in two boxes with the second one taking a bit longer, so may be better to send in one box in the future. All pieces individually and well wrapped in bubble wrap. Was missing one small piece which the seller has communicated he will sort out. Really well priced and good communication throughout. I should have asked before ordering about figure scaling as I'm used to larger tabletop games and I don't understand size differences from one thing to another. That was on me.
