Initially the SATA hard drives that I added were resetting randomly. I determined that the SAS cables apparently became dislodged and I reattached them to the controller. It has been working perfectly since.

An excellent system and for the price it can't be beat. The system is spotless and almost mint condition - which for an old system says a lot. Fans can be loud on this model but there are ways to run them more quiet if you do a little research.

I contacted the sell and they communicated with me to try to troubleshoot the issue. When the issue could not be resolved they said to return the item and they would give me a full refund. They payed for the shipping. Although I had an issue, I added this provider to my saved servers list. I'm confident that the issue came about during the shipping.
