Engine stalled, no power, hard to re-start. I contacted the vendor and they offered a replacement or a refund. It's difficult to change and I elected for the refund. I shipped it back with their label and they refunded my full purchase price. Kinda negative with the failure, but turned out as good as possible. Kudos to the vendor for making it right!
